Hi,

I agree that the design and user experience should be consistent and
well polished.
Also, personally, I favor simple designs over squiggled ones.
Having said that I also like the logo you propose as it is very simple,
and I think it meets all requirements you stated there.

The only thing i don't get: what does this actually symbolize?
Excuse my ignorance if this was mentioned before.
