The light ones are much better than those dark ones (font is for sure too dark, which affects readability), but I would have doubts if the logo is not too complicated for a logo (although it looks really nice from graphical point of view). 2. The one with the fish is simpler and better, but the fish looks a bit like evil fish, especially with that yellow scary eye (I think tonight I will go to sleep leaving the lights turned on after seeing that fish ;-)) In general logotypes should be simple - that also saves money when producing t-shirts, cups or other things with the logo.
