[mer-general] [NEMO] Move to Mer Community OBS

Hi,

we are migrating from MeeGo community OBS (https://build.pub.meego.com) 
to Mer Community OBS (https://build.merproject.org) during this week. If 
rest of the things go well the move should be done tomorrow.

What this means that after the migration is done we will start accepting 
changes only to the new OBS and freeze the old OBS projects. Check [1] 
for more information about the structural changes. The submits that are 
in the obs atm. will be accepted and I will contact people if there are 
some SR's that needs to be continued within the new OBS.

For Nemo users I will send new message about how one can change your 
device from using the old repositories to the new ones when the 
migration is ready. If you have any questions feel free to ask them at 
the mailing list or our IRC channel #nemomobile @ Freenode.
