Yehuda, can you clear this up a bit more. There are four locations (as
I see it) for gems.

1) Rubyforge
2) Local machine in ruby path
3) Merb app gems/gems/
4) Other remote location

When you say --cache, is this referring to #2 or #2 & #3?
