I'm using the agnostic will_paginate gem, so I had to do the same
thing. After that, running ./bin/merb complains that it can't find
do_mysql (~> 0.9.7).

Do best practices involve adding this (and other potential db-related
gems installed with merb/dm) to dependencies.rb/yml? Or should I
install from the local cache each time I redeploy?
