All the documentation says to use merb-gen --orm=sequel.
merb-gen itself says:
Options specific for this generator:
--template-engine=value Template engine to prefer for this
application (one of: erb, haml).
If there's a trail of breadcrumbs around here, either I'm missing them, or
someone ate them...
