Ah, ok. merb-more is just a collection of gems so its usually, its better to remove it and explicitly define the ones you want.
Can you post your dependencies.rb? Here's mine: http://gist.github.com/52553 Not sure about sequel_timestamped. The gemspec on it doesnt seem to say anything about requiring RubyInline.
