Matt, I'd even consider THAT car for ME (it's in Export, PA about 25
miles East of me).
Could be a very good value if the price remains below $8-9k and it's in
the condition it SEEMS to be in. 15 year old cars in the Pittsburgh area
USUALLY have rust issues (don't ask how I know that)! Rust is harder to
spot with the plastic lower covers on the doors and rocker panels.
