Gabriel, I've had this problem on two W124s. Both times it was the result of worn wiring in the doorjamb (i.e. between the seat switch and the motors) making intermittent contact as the door is opened. The fix is straightforward but time-consuming: pull the door panel; pull back the black rubber "accordion" that covers the wires running through the jamb; then repair broken wires, tape over bare patches in the insulation, etc. as appropriate.

124s have a known problem with wires from the "B" pillar to the doors. The wire was made from too few strands of wire that was too thick and this caused both insulation AND conductor failure. This is NOT common to other models (at least not 123, 126, 201, 202s).
