You didn't say which engine, but assuming the mod V8 with coil on plug, we found signs of standing water in one of the plug holes on the passenger side of the engine, almost like the under hood design had funneled water to that cylinder.? Anyway, the crud buildup from evaporating the water was fouling that plug.? this was on a 99 F150, here in Phoenix, where opportunities for driving through standing water are infrequent.
