For starters, our cars are not made in China, they are made in Germany. But many parts are made in China.
Second, I would not trust the life of my engine on a epoxy patch. But I guess I've been around longer than you and have seen too many examples of people destroying engines & transmissions while "saving money". Third, as Kaleb stated, BEHR makes a good radiator. Fourth, while you are at it, you need to replace both radiator hoses along with the radiator & use good hoses - no local "discount store" crap. You need hoses from Napa or from Rusty.
