Running under "Change you can Believe In" and resurrecting the Carter and
Clinton administrations is almost as funny as Carl Levin running for his
umpteenth reelection as a "candidate for change". As if another six years of
Carl on the Senate Banking Committee will be much different from the last 18
years of Carl on the Senate Banking Committee.
