I am having a difficult time convincing myself that a 65 isn't a 65, no matter how wide the tire is. Just because the tire is wider, it shouldn't necessarily be taller.
Look at this table. Note how the number of revolutions per mile goes down and diameter goes up as the width goes up from 185/65-15 to 195/65-15 to 205/65-15?
