Rim is a measurement
Width is a measurement
Aspect Ratio is just a percentage of the width.

I missed the beginning of this thread, how did this all start?  Just refer
to your manual and buy what the car came with.  Unless you're changing rim
sizes, or messing with other things, just stick to stock, it's a good
compromise.
