All good suggestions, thanks for the input guys. It could well have had summer fuel. But I don't think it was all that cold when I was attempting the start. It's in the garage so it's never that cold in there.
I should definitely change the filters or at a minimum get a good look at them. I'll try dropping the vacuum line and give it another go tomorrow. Temps are supposed to get up near 50F. Woohoo.
