Is the opposite (left) high beam affected?  If so, switch is bad.

My 82 (latest one I have) ETM shows two sets of contacts in the switch ...
one controls left low beam and right high beam and the other vice versa.  If
your right high beam is good, that rules out the right ground.  If your left
high beam is good, that rules out the switch.  Each filament has its own
fuse and feed wire from the fuse block.

Check them properly anyway.  90% chance that rather than some
problem with the wiring harness.  Can't be the switch, the L/R
split is downstream of that.
