Trade the lawn mower for a couple of goats --

Back when I was a a professional wrench, I tore down, cleaned, and
reassembled many a carb, to find nothing, but they all ran much better after
the exercise. Either the crud stuck in the jets fell out during
dissassembly, or was too small to see.
