Then get you a sharp chisel and use that...

Or weld a crossbar on and use that.
Or cut a groove in it and use a screwdriver.

Or do like Germany intended and don't use the stupid drain plug. I've NEVER 
used the drainplug on my 190D. Its probably stripped...

I was then going to drain the oil and discovered the oil plug rounded 
off.  DAMN!!!  How I am going to get that out?
