Ya, they're all borked. Kaleb is sending a replacement center
section. The others don't really matter much this time of year.
I pulled the center vents out and got the doors closed so at least
there's no 20 deg gale through the car now.

I've never had a side one apart but the center segment is held in by
a screw thats BEHIND one of the switches which is a super PITA
because the switches are ment to come out from behind... I had to
destroy the old plate (which was already broken..) to get it out...
