My daughter had a 1987 325ic that had for her 6 years in college. She was in Valdosta, GA so the convertible was great. It turned out to be a very economical car with very low maintenence. It was a 5 speed manual tranny too. She loved the stick so much she just bought a 2010 Suburu Forester with a 5 speed stick, she loves it.
