Which US cars besides the 115 and the NA 123 cars had that?  I've
unplugged the idle control device on my '87 and I'd love to back-fit an
idle control knob.

So turn it up a tetch.  That's one handy thing of the
115 diesels, etc., that dash-mount idle speed knob.
