On the Nippndenso compressors it's not bad, but you do need to clean
fhe front very well and have a clean workspace if you do not have the
tools to pull the seal parts with the front cover on. Otherwise, you
pull the front cover after removing the clutch and bearing assembly,
swap the bits, and put it back together.
I've done two, both work fine.
