Hmmm, may give that a look.

Thinking if I can get the check strap out of the '83 tonight I might put it in 
the '78 tomorrow as a "featured repair" at the Q. I love how you only need 2 
tools...

I have repaired a number of floppy interior handles by pressing the
roll pin back in.  It seem to drift out of one side after a
while.
