Youtube awaits your searches... The UTE challenge is pretty good, looks like 
they've changed up the cast in the more recent series. I'm watching: 
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpuk4KPbjEc and at least the first dude has some 
charisma and this episode is uniquely Australian which makes for more 
interesting TV.

I guess it could be just me but I feel like the American public gets lousy TV 
thrust upon them but as we're a pretty insular nation (meaning we don't look 
outside our boundaries that much) loads of folks don't know about all the good 
TV coming from other places. I'll admit I stumbled onto Top Gear a couple years 
ago by accident but I knew about British TV, I grew up on Dr. Who...

So, where is this Aussie version? I do remember seeing a youtube of a young
woman auditioning for it, but haven't came across the finished product -
