Oh come on Wilton. Black paint and wagon wheels don't cost that
much. I think I could even send you 4 wheels, as long as you
don't mind 2 different sizes. A couple may need a bit of rim
tightening or maybe just soaking them in water for a while may
work. The spoiler you can always make out of a spare board and a
couple of angle brackets.
There you go job done!
