Ford also messed up the International design when they
changed the high-pressure fuel rail to have a dead-end
at the end instead of a flow-through circulation.
That's where the problems with injector #8 came from...

I think that the Dodge/Cummins team has had the very
best luck of the big three in diesels.  Dodge went to
experts, and didn't dick with the design they got.
