There is only one torque converter. Turn the crankshaft until the recessed hex 
plug is visible through the bottom window and have at it. As long as you 
remember to remove your socket wrench from the bottom crank bolt before 
starting the vehicle you will be fine. 

"Transmission service" sold by auto shops is bullshit. If you don't drain the 
TC you are only changing half the fluid. 

My 99E300 has no drain on the TC. Until a few years ago the dealer told me it 
was "lifetime" fluid and never needed changing. After transmissions started 
failing they changed policy. I suck ATF from the topside and fill with M1 each 
oil change.
