So I have new brakes and rotors on my '97 F-250HD Crew Cab 4X4. My mechanic
says "1000 mi. break-in period, but certainly at least 120 mi." before I tow
my 5er with it. So I thought I'd look up some 'net wisdom:

eak-in-a-new-car

says no break-in needed, but no high spped stops or dragging brakes for a
while.

has different procedures for different brands of pads.

Any comments?
