the tranny off take. The cross wise hold down bolt is loose all the way.
Car was up on pule up ramps and my big foot style body had trouble fitting

Problem was the speed o cable would rotate about 180 degrees but would not
pull out of tranny take off. Granted I did not have alot of room to really
tug on it and was working left handed.
Anyone have this problem? Seems about 60K miles ago when I did this job the
old speed o cable came out prety easy. Can these thing sease in the tranny
off take?
Loosening the speedometer cable bolt doesn't cut it. You must REMOVE the
bolt before the cable on my cars can be removed. There's a groove that
prevents the cable coming out with the bolt in place.
