I had rattlesnake for dinner when I was a kid camping with my parents in Stoney Fork, PA. I think it was PA. Was good, tender and sweet. I wonder if Grants bat fed mine snakes are anywhere near as tasty.
Maybe a new diner named after your ex that only serves bat and blind rattlesnake??
