For "Genuine Mercedes". URO is $28. Like the esteemed doctor says since labor 
to replace the switch is so cheap go cheap.

Somewhere I've got a pair out of my '83 240D that were aftermarket, I can't 
remember the brand (not URO) but I didn't pay more than $30. They worked fine.
