Glass installers often have a lifetime "no leak" guarantee. I'd take it to the dealer and have them coordinate the repair. But it's be nice if the dealer would kick in a new W/S.

By a careful, scientific process of elimination I've determined that the
water dripping on the emergency brake foot pedal is from the front

about 5 years ago. I do not know if the subcontractor that actually did
the work (probably Banner Glass) used an OEM seal, but the glass was OEM
Securit or Segla; the dealer even gave me an inspected-by-Carl-Benz ticker.

So do I go to a glass shop and have them reseal it? Do it myself? Or
should I purchase a new GERMAN seal and have a glass shop R/R the glass
with the new OEM seal?
