Without knowing the offset (ET), hard to tell if they will fit or not. The W126 takes an offset of around 25.
I bought some tires with wheels a few years ago and while the tread was fine, they were sidewall checked and lasted only about a year before I had an internal separation. Wouldn't do it again. Price seems OK for now but the shipping seems awfully high.
