Not to be snide but why do you want to keep an iPhone 4s going? Its not fast, 
it doesn't have much onboard storage, you're stuck with iOS and no 4G plus now 
that the 6 is out there is almost no chance it'll run the next iOS update.
For $99 you can buy a nice 3G Android phone if you don't need more bandwidth. 
The Moto E on Republic Wireless for instance. Only 4GB internal but it supports 
a microSD card up to 32GB. Its lighter, smaller, faster, on a cheaper service, 
its water resistant and tougher than the notably fragile iPhone 4s. If you're 
already willing to pay $40 why not go $49 more and get a better phone?
