I've never been real excited about how they rode either, the Prius in particular has quite hard seats... Interestingly some people have fantastic results and keep them going forever to stupid high mileages. I dated a girl who had a Chevy Nova (rebadged Toyota Tercel I think it was) that had over 300,000 miles. I asked and she told me they'd replaced the clutch once... It was a crapbox of a car in every regard but they sure wound the mileage onto it.Other people have truly rotten luck with them, no mileage, major failures at massive expense. Its an interesting spread. -Curt From: Randy Bennell via Mercedes <mercedes@okiebenz.com> To: "arche...@embarqmail.com" <arche...@embarqmail.com>; Mercedes Discussion List <mercedes@okiebenz.com> Sent: Monday, March 2, 2015 12:18 PM Subject: Re: [MBZ] Fwd: Fwd: Overheating 240D more info Well, I think we need to wait a bit. My Mercedes is 39 years old. Let us see how the Prius is at that age. My experience with the Toyotas that I have owned has not been great. 2 of them rusted away and the 3rd one committed suicide before I managed to fix all of the other known faults.
