 I'm pretty sure that's it -- the pressure in the fuel distributor has 
to be is controlled by an inlet orifice and outlet control valve, then 
the pressure between the chambers is controlled by the flap and the EHA.

May be separate from the FD, though -- small canister thingy in the 
line.
