Hail damage is a body mans nightmare. Likely, if it had full coverage insurance [unlikely, due to the age of the car, few if any insurers would even write a full converge policy] it would be written off as a "total".
Yet... a $6,000 price is being put on it? Forget the car.. spend the $6K on what ever drug the guy is on.. Return on Investment for that would be way better since it apparently causes total disconnect from reality.. To harsh?
