Depends. With all of the available technology in a modern MB (4matic, ABS, traction control, skid control, etc.) unlimited HP.
Realistically, 400 HP, 500 lb.feet would be the upper limit, I would guess, and that in a heavy vehicle with abs and limited slip (ASR?, ASD?) (don't know all the acronyms). That would be a brutally quick car, with the ability to smoke the tires at any reasonable speed by simply mashing the go pedal. Fun to drive, but probably scary for SWMBO.
