That is the "push and Pray" system of the Killer toadas. After all the deaths and lawsuits, I am surprised they proliferate. Every asian car and dogde seems to have it now.

I would not buy one unless the stealer installed a manual master power switch so you can shut the thing off when it tries to run away and kill the occupants.

It was a BAD idea when toada started it, and it is still a BAD idea now.

Could it be they mean "push button" starter like some of the newer cars have? I agree, that's not the type of exercise I like.
