Yep, you could crack the injector hard lines at each injector to see if
fuel wets them, then tighten up and check for voltage at the glow plugs,
maybe check for resistance of each plug, maybe shine a non-contact
thermometer on each plug to see if they are getting warmer than ambient.

Plug in the block heater for 30-60 minutes?
