As Wilton would say, 'xactly.  

Colleague is dealing with insco about a homeowners policy claim, getting 
"educated" about what his premiums really pay for and what all that fine print 
means. He's probably going to switch companies, finding out that going through 
an "independent" agent didn't really work out so well.  Maybe just this agent, 
but caveat emptor...
