Kyle, In the 20+ years with my old 617s, it's always been basically replace pads twice, on third time, replace the rotors also. Once I got 3 sets of pads, but that was once. Should not be expensive on the 123. The rears go a long time compared to the fronts (pads and rotors). As it seems with all disk brakes, the fronts take a beating and the rears just sit there.
