Larry, Did you also replace the copper washers for each delivery valve? If not, you need to do that for all of them.
If you did, then I'll bet you've got a bad injector. Use the method Curly described to isolate, and then you can try opening up and cleaning that injector nozzle, maybe clear some junk that the shop allowed to contaminate the injector line.
