Yep!

you might try running it around the edge of the tiles to see it they will pop up as Grant suggested. BUt it is good for cutting right up to the wall.

When you are finished cutting stuff out, be sure to span the joist spaces where the patch will meet the old subfloor with blocking so the subfloor does not flex between the joints. (the tongue and grove in the sbfloot is supposed to do this in new installation.)
