OMG LOL LAMO ROTFLMAO and other expressions of hysteria.
It seems like hardly a week goes by that somebody on here needs to be told
that FLAPS is friendly local auto parts store. Thats really one of my favorites
because it means I don't need to give you a name for a store which you might
not have. People outside of MA are unlikely to have CAP, and MA doesn't have a
Shucks or Checker, central MA doesn't have a Pep Boys either that I know of.
SWMBO is handy for those unmarried souls living in sin or whatever.
AFAIK is alot easier than typing out as far as I know, another handy one is
FWIW or IMO. I've never seen IME (in my experience) but it seems logical.

net lurker since '95 when I had a lynx login to a VAX server. I used to go on
the talkers on Gopher until I figured out that typing innane sentance fragments
to idiots was a waste of my time. Which was basically when I came back to
school after my first semester of college. I'd gotten on the Dean's list
despite my Gopher proclivities. 3 semesters later I was on the President's
list, go figure.

OK what does that translate to? How about FLAPS? I'll come up with
some more as I read e-mail today. why abbreviate everything? I don't
think use of bandwidth is a good excuse these days and wife has less
letters than SWMBO. So what gives?

HaHa can save a few nails from being broken too. I think we're all
adults and can handle a certain degree of foul language. Americans
are way to uptight. Doesn't mean I want to see a flurry of abusive
foul language but I won't try to hide true meaning like this:
A$$. The real thing won't offend me. Any thoughts on this subject?
