Probably the multifunction switch that controls the wipers, brights, and
turn signals. Known to go out on fords. Can't do just wire tracing,
since the wires operate as a bus or trunked or however you want to call it.

Probably about $80 at the dealer.

That's my guess, for what it's worth, which ain't much. It's a ford, so
your mileage WILL vary :)
