If you get involved with the maker movement at all, particularly the crowd on
YouTube you'll revise your opinion about the "few".
Check out mrpete222 on YouTube, he's "Your YouTube shop teacher." He makes some
cool stuff and has a great speaking voice. He's also good if I need a nap, I'll
put on a video of him making something and that soothing voice puts me to sleep
;)

I was talking to a class a couple weeks ago about my loader adventure, and this
was before I had done anything to it and I mentioned turkey hunting and the
time Fred and Dwight and Dimitri and I put a head gasket in the 240D, on and
on. The class was amazed, a big weekend for them is taking the dog for a walk
and finding a new series on Netflix.

still a few who are not total couch potatoes.
