I signed up for eBay when I was in graduate school in Austin, Texas.

I got a NADA report through a friend of a friend on 20 October:

------------------------------------
Vehicle Information

  Vehicle: 2007 Peterbilt 386 386 Aerodynamic
   Period: October 20, 2017
      VIN: 1XPHDU9XX7N739824
  Mileage: 885,000
Base MSRP: $124,256

NADA Commercial Trucks Values
Base Mileage Adj. Option Adj. Adjusted Value

Wholesale $17,250 $2,150 N/A $19,400
Loan $15,525 $2,150 N/A $17,675
Retail $26,050 $2,150 N/A $28,200
------------------------------------

The fellow who got me the report said that an overhaul with hundreds of
thousands of miles on it would add $10,000. He said that having only 4100
miles on it would certainly add more value. He said he would contact NADA
about the situation, but never did.

I paid the dealership $39,406.77 for the rebuild.
