The only way I can see this working is if the MWs are pulsed in such a way that they distribute the timing of the pulses throughout the power cycle of the piston. That would carry the idea of the dual spark plugs per cylinder in my M112 engine to a logical conclusion of a nearly infinite number of ignitions and sustantially increase the energy throughput.
I agree that it's hard to see how that would benefit an OM engine. FAIL There's lots wrong when an engineering company allows such sloppy press releases. Replacing glow plugs with a microwave critter will only effect starting. Burning at lower temperature will not improve efficiency, and I doubt it will improve emissions. _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
