I think they all probably do it. I have been with Dish for nearly 20
years straight and I am quite sure new customers get it cheaper than I
do. I have thought about switching back and for the between direct and
dish every couple of years but have not bothered. If these streaming
services got DVR figured out a little better like dish I might cut the
cord. I have found by the time I add up everything I would want it is
not that much cheaper than what I am paying now and everything is pretty
much turn key with their receivers.

That’s all running out. She was gonna cancel it altogether but see what deal
they pitched her to keep her as a customer. You might be able to strong arm
them if you say you are going to another service.
